About
🌍 Madrid → Louisville → Peoria → Sevilla → Madrid → Washington DC → New York
I’ve lived in a lot of places, and each one has shaped how I approach work and life. Moving between cultures and cities taught me resilience, adaptability, and how to connect with people from all walks of life. That ability to adjust quickly and build strong relationships is a big part of what makes me an effective project manager.
I’m Noemi, a Creative Project Manager based in Brooklyn with over seven years of experience leading marketing and creative operations for global brands. My career started in creative production, where I quickly realized how much I enjoy the challenge of managing complex projects, navigating shifting priorities, and keeping creative teams aligned. I’ve since built a career around streamlining workflows, improving creative processes, and helping teams deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
What sets me apart is my ability to balance structure and creativity. I thrive on building clear processes that give creative teams the freedom to focus on producing their best work. I’m comfortable managing the details while keeping sight of the big picture, ensuring that every project stays on track without stifling creative vision.
I’ve honed my skills at companies like TripAdvisor and Begin Learning, where I led creative operations, oversaw complex projects, and collaborated across departments to drive successful outcomes. As a trained photographer, I’ve worked with a variety of creative content from still life to events, always focused on maintaining the highest quality. My work has appeared on platforms like SmarterTravel, Oyster.com, ABC News, and AOL.
Born in Spain, my family moved to the U.S. when I was six. Growing up in the hustle and warmth of the family restaurant business and navigating two cultures and two languages taught me resilience, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. Those experiences shaped how I approach my work today with a focus on clear communication, creative problem-solving, and building strong, collaborative relationships.
